Job summary

Bluecore Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an ultra-luxury high-rise in downtown Indianapolis. You will lead maintenance operations to budget, ensure timely work orders and unit turns, and oversee vendor coordination with a focus on safety and quality.

You should bring HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and pool expertise, along with a strong sense of urgency, organization, and customer service. EPA II/Universal and CPO credentials are required or pursued within 3 months.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a Class A community.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification required.
• CPO certification must be obtained within 3 months of employment.
• Reliable transportation to perform all job duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations to budget and ensure work orders and make-readies are completed.
• Complete work orders within 24 hours and achieve 7 day unit turns.
• Communicate with vendors and manage budgeting decisions.
• Inspect and repair all areas of the community with health and safety procedures in place.
• Utilize Yardi and Sparkle for inspections and record-keeping.
