ZRS MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a Property Manager in Orlando, Florida to oversee the daily operations of our apartment communities. You will provide exceptional customer service, manage leasing and resident relations, and ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Previous property management experience in multifamily industry preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and cope with stress.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of apartment communities.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract residents.
• Conduct market research to set rental rates.
• Hire and supervise a team of leasing consultants and maintenance staff.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
