You will assist with tours, handle escalated resident requests, and help achieve occupancy and budget targets.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, 1+ year in property management or real estate, and a high school diploma with preferred post-secondary study in business or property

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management or real estate experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent timely and ensure revenue data posts accurately.
• File evictions when applicable and follow local laws.
• Review and approve applications; ensure income proof and qualifications.
• Audit move-ins; verify payments and lease documents are executed.
• Monitor residents' billing and prepare monthly reports per guidelines.
• Assist with leasing, show properties, and host resident events when needed.
• Troubleshoot resident issues and escalate to the Property Manager as required.
• Work with the team to meet occupancy and leasing goals and budget.
