ZRS Management in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to lead Leasing Consultants, monitor market information, and support career progression toward Property Manager.

You will collect rent, file evictions when needed, review applications, audit move-ins, and assist with budgeting, reporting, and resident relations. Some weekend work may be required; full-time, benefits including health, dental, vision, life, 401k.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management or real estate experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma required; college coursework in business or property management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and support Leasing Consultants in leasing tasks.
• Collect rent and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed on local laws.
• Review applications and verify income in qualification guidelines.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all documents are completed.
• Assist with budgeting, reports, and coding of bills.
• Handle resident issues and escalate to Property Manager as needed.
• Attend resident events and help maximize renewals.
• May work one weekend per month.
