Job summary

ResProp Management is expanding operations in South Austin and seeks a hands-on Property Manager to lead a new community. You will drive revenue, lead a sales-focused team, and ensure a superior resident experience from day one.

The role requires managing owner relations, coordinating across locations, and enforcing the company standards for safety, maintenance, and appearance. A strong background in multifamily property management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase property revenue by building a high-performing sales-driven team.
• Assess, train and develop team on salesmanship and operational best practices.
• Build strong relationships with maintenance professionals to ensure the property presents as best in class.
• Be accessible to the needs of the community, including nights and weekends if required.
• Assist at multiple locations when needed.
• Manage client/owner relationships by meeting with owners, providing updates, and addressing requests.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints promptly and taking appropriate action.
• Follow eviction procedures and represent the community in court hearings and proceedings.
• Participate in daily huddle to discuss company goals and teammate success stories.
• Complete the budget strategy workbook and draft the annual operating budget by analyzing financials and market data.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret market trends to guide marketing and leasing strategies.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appeal.
• Complete all required training per company standards.
