Job summary

ResProp Management in Austin, TX is seeking a results-oriented Property Manager to lead multifamily teams and drive performance across revenue, occupancy, and service metrics.

You will oversee client and owner relations, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure property standards while fostering resident satisfaction and retention. This role emphasizes accountability, budget oversight, and hands-on leadership in a dynamic multi-location environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years in multifamily property management.
• 3 years of hiring, training, and coaching teams.
• Solid business acumen with experience owning and driving P&L’s.
• A college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase property revenue by building a high-performing team with strengths in sales and service.
• Assess, train and develop your team on salesmanship and operational best practices.
• Build strong relationships with maintenance professionals to ensure your property presents as best in class.
• Be accessible to the needs of the community (nights and weekends if required).
• Be willing to put the team first and assisting at multiple locations when needed.
• Assists in managing the client/owner relationship by meeting with the owners and providing updates on performance.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints and requests promptly and effectively.
• Follow eviction procedures as required and represent the community in hearings.
• Participate in daily huddles to discuss goals, wins, and success stories.
• Complete budget strategy and first draft of annual operating budget with analysis of financials.
