Job summary

Real Estate Equities Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Woodbury, MN. This full-time role offers $24/hour plus commissions and a bonus, with generous PTO, 401(k) matching, and employer-paid insurance.

You will support the Property Manager, supervise staff, and help ensure successful property operations. The ideal candidate has at least three years in property management with leasing experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office, Yardi, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in property management or leasing with supervisory duties.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Experience with Yardi and property software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Train and supervise on-site staff; lead by example.
• Enforce policies and uphold REE mission and values.
• Handle rent processing, late notices, and deposits.
• Assist in budget control and expense management.
• Support marketing outreach and resident retention activities.
• Coordinate with vendors for capital improvements and maintenance.
