Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Mountain View, CA to support property operations, leasing, and resident relations. You will assist the property manager with day-to-day tasks, financial reporting, and lease administration.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in property management, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred in some locations.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or equivalent system preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations of the property.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and retention; manage lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accounts receivable including rent collection and deposits.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit records for lease expirations, delinquencies and unlawful detainers.
• Process evictions and attend court hearings as needed.
• Lease apartments and conduct property visits.
• Inspect buildings and coordinate with maintenance.
• Oversee move-ins, move-outs, and renewals.
• Train staff on leasing, marketing, and office operations.
• Prepare routine correspondence and notices.
• Support resident relations and issue resolution.
• Step in for property manager in their absence.
