Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in San Rafael to support the property manager in daily operations, lease administration, and resident relations. You will help drive tenant satisfaction, manage rent processes, and assist with financial reporting.

Qualified candidates will have 2–3 years of property management experience, strong Microsoft Office and Yardi Voyager skills, and a professional approach to customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Real estate license preferred in some locations.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• Experience with resident lifecycle activities helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day property operations, resident satisfaction, retention, and lease lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accounts receivable, collect rent, post rent, and balance rent roll.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
