Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations, leasing, and resident relations. This role oversees rent collection, reporting, and maintenance coordination to ensure a smooth, compliant property experience.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in property management, strong communication, and proficiency with standard office tools and Yardi Voyager. A valid driver’s license is required for site visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in property management required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required locally.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Manage accounts receivable including rent collection and posting.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease records and resident files for accuracy.
• Assist with training staff on leasing, marketing, and operations.
