Job summary

Gene B. Glick Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for our Regency Park community in Bowling Green, KY.

You will support the Property Manager to ensure solid cash flow, quality maintenance, and high resident satisfaction while stepping in when the Property Manager is away. The role focuses on resident communications, leasing, move-ins/outs, rent collection, and ensuring compliance with HUD and Fair Housing rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Property management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license in the state of residence.
• Willing to travel for training and meetings.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Answer resident and prospect inquiries by phone and email.
• Show model and vacant apartments; explain terms and amenities.
• Process move-ins/outs, certifications, and renewals.
• Close sales and collect deposits and applications.
• Pursue rent collections and assist with delinquencies.
• Prepare records, reports, and maintain confidential files.
• Ensure HUD and Fair Housing compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed.
