Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Gresham, OR is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations and resident services. The role includes leasing, rent collection, reporting, and coordinating maintenance.

You will assist the property manager, oversee contracts, prepare financial and leasing reports, and help train staff. A high school diploma is required; 2–3 years of property management experience is preferred; a real estate license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of property management experience.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accounts receivable including rent collection and rent postings; balance rent roll.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Process move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness; coordinate maintenance.
