Responsibilities

• Proactive maintenance: siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, elevator.
• Verify work orders completed to company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds, buildings, and amenities daily for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with emergencies (snow, fires, floods) and after-hours calls.
• Communicate issues to maintenance supervisor and property manager.
• Promote safety and risk management; adhere to company policies.
