Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in ensuring strong cash flow and high property standards. You will oversee daily operations, show apartments, process applications, manage move-ins/outs, and coordinate lease renewals while maintaining resident files and coordinating with other departments.

The role includes handling accounts payable/receivable, preparing weekly reports, and contributing to outreach marketing efforts to drive occupancy

Qualifications

• The candidate should have completed a 4-year degree and/or a 2-year associate degree.
• Experience in retail sales or customer-related service is preferred.
• Knowledge of apartment rental and collection practices is desirable.
• Excellent customer service, sales and marketing skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Show apartments and process applications for prospective residents.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs and maintain resident files.
• Prepare lease renewals and forward packets for approval.
• Handle maintenance service requests and weekly reports.
• Assist in bonding with resident relations and oversee accounts payable/receivable.
• Perform outreach marketing as directed and track rental leads.
