Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in daily operations.
• Show apartments and process resident applications.
• Handle move-ins and move-outs and maintain resident files.
• Prepare lease renewal packets and coordinate with the Property Manager.
• Process maintenance requests and respond to resident concerns.
• Maintain advertising and website content and coordinate outreach marketing.
