Job summary

Renaissance Personnel Group in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations across a diverse portfolio. This on-site role offers exposure to leadership and hands-on experience in commercial property management.

The position supports Property Managers across retail, office, and industrial assets, with training provided for Yardi and a path for growth within the firm.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience required; commercial real estate or real estate office experience preferred.
• Familiarity with COI tracking, tenant relations, or AP support is a plus.
• Strong organizational and data-entry accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Property Managers across the portfolio.
• Track and maintain COIs for tenants and vendors.
• Collect, review, and manage monthly sales reports from retail tenants.
• Assist with accounts payable, including invoice coding and processing.
• Handle tenant communication by phone and email with timely follow-up.
• Maintain organized records within Yardi (training provided).
• Support general office operations and assist with special projects.
