Job summary

RFA Asset Management is seeking an organized Assistant Property Manager for its Arizona portfolio. You will work closely with the Property Manager, Engineering, Accounting, Tenants, and Vendors to deliver exceptional service and optimize building operations.

The role covers tenant & vendor relations, financial & lease administration, and operations support. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial property management, strong Excel skills, and experience with Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of commercial property management experience.
• Experience with CAM reconciliations, operating expenses, and budgeting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer-service orientation.
• Experience with property management software preferred (Yardi Voyager, CommercialCafe).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs, parking, access, and directory updates.
• Prepare tenant communications, notices, welcome and move-out packages.
• Support lease administration, billings, cash receipts, deposits, invoices, and related transactions.
• Assist with budgeting, variance reporting, and monthly property reports.
• Coordinate property inspections and oversee maintenance, life safety, and operational needs.
