Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or HRM related discipline.
• RPA designation in progress preferred and Real Estate License required where state law permits.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial/Class A Office property management experience.
• Intermediate to advanced MS 365 Word, Excel and Outlook proficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities associated with a property or group of properties.
• Assist with lease administration duties.
• Supervise vendors and maintenance staff.
• Perform regular property inspections and prepare inspection reports.
• Assist with operating and capital budget development and control.
• Prepare monthly ownership/corporate reports for owners.
• Coordinate tenant improvements and capital projects.
• Ensure service quality and compliance with policies and contracts.
• Maintain and update service agreements and contracts.
