Job Overview We are actively seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to support the oversight and operations of a diverse portfolio of retail properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Property Manager (PM) to ensure smooth daily property operations.
• Utilize Yardi to track and manage contracts, tenant correspondence, and maintenance work orders accurately.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, promptly resolving concerns and fostering positive, long-term relationships.
• Liaise with the facilities management team to coordinate ongoing upkeep, oversee timely repairs, and conduct regular site inspections.
• Assist with core accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Partner with the PM on Common Area Maintenance (CAM) billing and year-end reconciliations.
• Provide vital administrative support by assisting with financial reporting, budget preparation, and strategic planning.
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage ongoing service contracts.
• Administer lease agreements and ensure tenant compliance.
• Support overall financial management of the assigned portfolio.
