Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in financial administration for our apartment community.

You will post rental collections, handle bank deposits, and oversee accounting functions while assisting with leasing staff oversight as needed. You will regularly meet with management to discuss performance, conduct market surveys, and update resident lease files with accurate reports.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business or related field.
• Strong collections experience and accounting/bookkeeping skills.
• Onsite Rent Roll experience preferred; 1+ years in property management preferred.
• Previous supervisory and leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in financial administration of the community.
• Post rental collections and make bank deposits.
• Oversee accounting functions and maintain resident lease files and reports.
• Meet with Community Manager and Regional Manager to improve performance.
• Conduct monthly market surveys and adjust pricing as needed.
• Handle notices to vacate and delinquency and related collections tasks.
• Coordinate resident concerns with leadership team.
• Perform general administrative duties and maintain punctual attendance.
