ZRS Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Dallas to lead Leasing Consultants, collect rent, audit move-ins, and ensure leasing goals are met. The role reports to the Property Manager and requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities include reviewing applications, handling violations, preparing monthly reports, and supporting resident events. A valid driver’s license and 1+ year in property management are preferred; high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• 1+ year in property management or real estate preferred.
• High school diploma required; higher education preferred in business or property management.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent and post revenue in the accounting system.
• File evictions when applicable and follow local laws.
• Issue lease violations and align with community guidelines.
• Review applications and verify income and qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and ensure documents and payments are complete.
• Ensure residents' billing is accurate and up to date.
• Prepare monthly reports per company guidelines.
• Assist with leasing and property tours as needed.
• Support property manager to hit occupancy and leasing goals.
• Help host resident events and maximize renewals.
