Qualifications

• Experience in property management or leasing roles.
• Knowledge of property management software such as Yardi.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Community Manager when not present.
• Ensure 100% tax-credit compliance for applicable units.
• Post transactions and audit records in journals or software.
• Collect delinquent rents and manage collections.
• Assist Leasing Consultants with leasing activities.
• Support Community Manager in resident services and events.
• Audit lease files for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in accounts payable and invoice tracking.
• Train staff on computer/software systems.
• Coordinate repairs and inspect vacant apartments.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as required.
• Contribute to a positive environment and resident experience.
