Responsibilities

• Act as Community Manager when the Manager is absent.
• Ensure compliance in tax-credit/set-aside properties.
• Process and post financial transactions to ledger accounts.
• Audit lease files for accuracy and compliance.
• Collect delinquent rents and pursue collections.
• Assist Leasing Consultants with marketing vacant units.
• Support Resident Activities and resident services.
• Prepare accounts payable vouchers and track invoices.
• Train staff on property software systems.
• Coordinate maintenance scheduling and approve ready-to-rent units.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Assist with evictions following court guidance.
• Foster a positive work environment and strong resident relations.
