Qualifications

• Experience in property or community management is required.

• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as Community Manager when not present.
• Ensure tax-credit or set-aside compliance for applicable units.
• Record and post financial transactions and assist in budgeting.
• Audit lease files for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist Leasing in marketing and resident activities.
• Coordinate maintenance and service requests.
