Mayfair Management Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Spring Villas in Austin, TX. You will support the Community Manager, manage administrative duties, leases, and resident services, and help drive the property's daily operations with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, residential properties preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate with upper management.
• Commitment to excellent resident service.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Community Manager in their absence.
• Ensure 100% compliance in tax-credit or set-aside units.
• Process leases, invoices and receipts; post to accounts.
• Audit lease files for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist Leasing Consultants in marketing vacant units.
• Support resident services and plan community activities.
• Train staff on property software and systems.
• Schedule repairs and inspect ready-to-rent units.
