Western x Melrose is looking for a full-time Assistant Property Manager to join our growing real estate team in Los Angeles.
Led by developer Zach Lasry, Western x Melrose owns and operates a growing portfolio of commercial properties centered around Western Avenue and Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles.
The team has assembled a concentrated portfolio of properties with a focus on restoring existing buildings and bringing together a thoughtful mix of independent restaurants, art galleries, retail, and creative businesses. The neighborhood has become home to a growing collection of acclaimed operators and has emerged as an exciting food, art, and cultural destination in Los Angeles.
Our team is directly involved in the property management, leasing, construction, development, and day-to-day operation of the portfolio. Because of this, the Assistant Property Manager will have exposure to nearly every aspect of commercial real estate and will work closely with tenants, contractors, vendors, brokers, and the ownership team.
