We are looking for an experienced and dependable person to help manage a portfolio of commercial and residential properties and work directly with the owner.

This is a hands‑on position. The right person will help oversee day‑to‑day operation of the properties, coordinate repairs and maintenance, work with tenants, and assist with various projects as they come up.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with residential and commercial tenants
• Prepare and handle residential and commercial leases
• Follow up on lease renewals and tenant issues
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and property improvements
• Work with contractors, vendors
• Oversee small renovation and construction projects
• Obtain bids and monitor work being performed
• Coordinate with outside real estate agents and brokers for leasing vacant spaces
• Follow up on showings, applications, and lease negotiations
• Help keep properties organized, maintained, and operating smoothly
• Assist the owner with day‑to‑day property and business matters
• Help coordinate new projects and follow up with attorneys, accountants, lenders, contractors, and other professionals when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or real estate
• Experience with commercial and residential leases
• Knowledge of property maintenance, repairs, and renovations
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and follow‑up skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems when they arise
• English required
• French is a strong plus

Compensation

• Approximately $90,000 annual base salary
• Additional bonus based on performance
