AOG Living is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee the property's upkeep, perform make-ready tasks, and handle preventative maintenance across an apartment community. You will also manage grounds, pool duties, and repairs to appliances, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.

The role requires flexibility to assist across properties as needed. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma and at least two years of multi-family maintenance experience, with HVAC/Freon

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of multi-family experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of this position.

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Identify and correct hazardous property conditions.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shops.
• Work at other properties as required by management.
• Assist with property emergencies and weather-related issues.
