Zusammenfassung

AOG Living is seeking a capable Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep and improvements of an apartment community. You’ll handle repairs, make-readies, and preventative maintenance while ensuring pool grounds, gating, and safety protocols are followed.

You’ll work with the Community Manager and Service Manager to maintain high property standards. The role requires experience in multifamily maintenance, ability to supervise technicians, and a strong commitment to safety and resident

Qualifikationen

• Two years of multi-family experience or equivalent.
• HVAC Freon recovery certification or ability to become certified within the first 6 months of employment.
• Training in household repairs, plumbing and mold detection/resolution preferred.
• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) preferred.
• Must have certifications/permits required by city or state to perform job responsibilities (i.e. pool operations).

Aufgaben

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Prioritize requests using work orders and schedules; address emergencies first.
• Repair/replace appliances, plumbing, HVAC systems, and fixtures.
• Identify and correct hazardous property conditions to reduce liability.
