Job summary

AOG Living in Keller, TX is seeking a reliable maintenance technician to manage property upkeep, make-ready of apartment homes, and preventative maintenance across the community. You will handle plumbing, HVAC, electrical repairs, and appliance replacements, while coordinating with the Community Manager and Lead Technician to prioritize work orders.

Daily tasks include inspecting the property, performing safety checks, and ensuring grounds and pool areas meet standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC/Freon Recovery certification or ability to become certified within 6 months.
• Training in household repairs, plumbing and mold detection/resolution preferred.
• CAMT certification preferred; city/state permits for pool operations may apply.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Prioritize work using schedules; determine emergencies with Lead Maintenance Technician.
• Repair/replace appliances (e.g., garbage disposal, refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers).
• Repair/replace plumbing (e.g., water lines, water pressure, fixtures, drains).
• Repair/replace HVAC/electrical components (fans, thermostats, condensers, fuses).
• Perform make-ready and interior maintenance tasks to prepare apartments for occupancy.
