Job summary

DPR Construction seeks a skilled professional to support Self-Perform Work (SPW) delivery on construction projects, collaborating with SPW crews, project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet scope requirements, schedules, and quality standards.

The role emphasizes monitoring crew productivity, tracking material usage, addressing routine and non-routine issues, and sharing knowledge to improve SPW processes and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in construction engineering or related field.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire required.
• Experience with SPW processes and QA/Safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Review contract drawings, specs, and submittals for SPW scopes.
• Collaborate with SPW PMs, supers, and crews to resolve questions.
• Monitor SPW schedules and budgets; report variances for corrective actions.
• Support standard SPW QA and safety protocols across all phases.
• Prepare SPW documentation: daily crew reports, logs, and change records.
• Participate in SPW coordination meetings and communicate progress.
