CLT Recruiters represents a Long Island architectural stone company seeking an Assistant Project Manager. You will support fabrication and installation projects, run submittals, change orders, POs and closeout docs, and assist the project managers with scheduling and procurement.

This role is a clear path to a full Project Manager track, with no travel required and a stable, salaried environment. Compensation is $75,000–$90,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical,

Qualifications

• Experience running submittals, change orders, POs, and closeout docs.
• Organized by temperament with precise record-keeping.
• Light AutoCAD is helpful but not gate.
• Ambition toward the Project Manager track.

Responsibilities

• Run submittals, change orders, purchase orders and closeout documents across active projects.
• Support the Project Managers on scheduling, procurement and day-to-day project coordination.
• Track project documentation and keep the record straight as jobs move through fabrication and installation.
• Interface with general contractors, architects and vendors on routine project matters.
• Grow into project ownership as you demonstrate readiness.
