Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office Suite products is required.
Previous construction experience is essential.
Self-driven and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
Perform Quantity Takeoffs and document data clearly.
Generate Project Budgets for management and clients.
Manage RFP processes and generate leveling spreadsheets.
Generate Project Schedules projecting all project phases.
Oversee and manage drafting team.
