Job summary

Stone Restoration of America, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordinating, and overseeing restoration projects from inception to completion in Charlotte, NC.

The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to work with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The successful candidate will assist Project Managers in preparing plans, schedules, budgets, and reporting

Qualifications

• Requires two-year degree in construction management or related experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g., Procore) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure requirements are met.
• Monitor progress and report milestones, issues, and risks.
• Ensure safety regulations and quality standards are followed.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including photos, change orders, RFIs, and progress reports.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and adherence to plans.
