Job summary

ABC Worldwide Stone in New York is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. You will collaborate with the VP of Special Orders, Sales Representatives, and the VP of Sales to gather information and initiate Special Orders, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and suppliers.

You will manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, mentor staff, stay current with PM best practices, and provide quotes and documentation for orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least five years of related experience required.
• PMP certification a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plans, executes and oversees projects.
• Tracks project progress & ensures adherence to timelines.
• Custom Order Coordination.
• Detailed project planning and scheduling.
• Manages resources.
• Quality control & Site inspections.
• Client communication and reporting.
• Budget tracking and cost analysis for custom projects.
