Zusammenfassung

Hoffman- is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Critical Technologies team in Baton Rouge. You will support Project Managers with day-to-day oversight, ensure smooth setup, compliance, and documentation, and collaborate with site technical teams to meet personnel needs and report progress.

You will regularly visit sites, manage subcontractor progress, assist with logistics, and participate in procurement activities.

Qualifikationen

• 1-5 years of experience in project management, preferably HVAC or mechanical systems.
• Understanding of PM 101 principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to read project schedules.
• Ability to interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs) and control drawings.
• Experience with material procurement, logistics, and project scheduling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintain project documentation, including compliance records, schedules, daily reports, and change orders.
• Conduct regular visits to remote sites and monitor progress.
• Provide reports on subcontractor and mechanical installation progress.
• Develop change orders based on bidding and sales processes.
• Support procurement, material transmittals, and logistics with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Record minutes of project meetings and deliver updates to management.
• Track schedules and ensure milestones and staffing needs are met.
• Assist site leads in resolving project snags and personnel requirements.
• Analyze data and trends for continuous project improvement.
