Hoffman- seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support the Critical Technologies team with day-to-day oversight of multiple HVAC/mechanical projects. You will help project managers with setup, compliance, documentation, and site coordination, including regular site visits and material logistics.

You should be proficient in Gantt charts and Microsoft Office, familiar with PM 101 principles, reading BOMs, and coordinating with subcontractors to keep schedules, milestones, and personnel needs on

Qualificações

• 1-5 years of PM experience in HVAC or mechanical systems.
• Proficient in MS Office and Gantt chart creation.
• Ability to read BOMs and control drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication; report writing.
• Experience with procurement, logistics, and scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, change orders, and QC.
• Conduct regular visits to remote sites.
• Monitor subcontractor and mechanical installation progress; report to management.
• Develop change orders aligned with bidding and sales processes.
• Support procurement, material transmittals, and logistics with teams and subcontractors.
• Record minutes of project meetings and provide updates to management.
• Track project schedules and ensure milestones and personnel needs are met.
• Assist site leads in resolving snags and staffing requirements.
• Analyze data and trends for continuous project improvement.
