Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Boise, Idaho to support the Project Management team on active construction sites. You will learn project administration, maintain logs, and assist with submittals, RFIs, and meetings.

The role emphasizes organization, teamwork, and proactive communication with field personnel, vendors, and clients. A bachelor’s in CM or related field and at least 1 year of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field required.
• Minimum 1 year of construction-related experience.
• Strong organizational, document control, and communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Support Project Manager with planning, coordination, and problem resolution.
• Maintain change orders, logs, and drawings control.
• Prepare logs for construction meetings and ensure timely submittals.
• Assist in creating subcontractor contracts and owner manuals.
• Attend meetings with clients and subcontractors and provide PM support.
