Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–5 years in arch/engineering/design.
• Certifications: RA, PE, PMP, LEED AP, NCIDQ, RICS considered.
• Skills: Client management, Time management, technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing projects on time and budget.
• Manage budget, base scope, and change orders with client and team.
• Review deliverables and ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Maintain project documents, contracts, and task orders in Hillmann protocol.
• Coordinate meetings and communicate updates to clients and leadership.
