A dynamic consulting firm in New Jersey is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support project execution and client management. The role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $85,000 per year and opportunities for professional growth and exciting projects in environmental services. Ideal candidates should possess a degree in Engineering or Architecture, relevant experience, and strong management skills.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in architecture or engineering design.
• OSHA 10, and professional credentials such as RA, PE, PMP, LEED AP, NCIDQ, RICS preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, English proficiency, ability to travel ~15% of time.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Manage day-to-day project operations, including scope, budget, and status reporting.
• Review deliverables for compliance with contracts and protocol.
• Track and report hours, manage project budget, and facilitate meetings.
• Communicate project information to clients and team.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for new projects.
