PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support transmission, distribution, and substation projects across MO and IA. You will liaise between project management, field operations, accounting, and clients to keep projects on track.

The position involves administrative and operational duties, including documenting project activity, tracking costs, and ensuring compliance with client requirements in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of construction project coordination or administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore or similar CM software.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination and documentation.
• Maintain project files, logs, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
• Track schedules, deliverables, and deadlines; assist with budget tracking and cost coding.
