Responsibilities

• Scope, schedule, and submittal tracking (including follow up).
• Internal and external communication: clients, agencies, and consultants.
• Issue management: identify risks early and drive closure.
• Build and maintain project schedules, milestones, and next actions.
• Coordinate internal production and consultant inputs to hit submittal and response deadlines.
• Prepare submittal packages and track agency comments through resolution.
• Ensure responses to review comments are complete, consistent, and turned quickly.
• Flag scope creep, missing inputs, and coordination gaps early.
