The Assistant Project Manager helps make projects predictable. You are the person who keeps deliverables moving, decisions documented, consultants aligned, and issues surfaced early, before they become late surprises.

  • Ensure responses to review comments are complete, consistent, and turned quickly.
Quality and Accountability
  • Use PDG checklists and standards to reduce rework and avoid preventable comments.
  • Flag scope creep, missing inputs, and coordination gaps early.
  • Communicate clearly with the PM and client when something threatens schedule or quality.
Growth and Leadership
