Job summary

Qualifications

• Civil design experience for land development projects.
• Ability to coordinate with PMs, clients, and consultants.
• Experience with agency review and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop grading, drainage, and utility designs that are constructible and approvable.
• Prepare calculations, drainage exhibits, and supporting documentation.
• Produce clear civil plans using Civil 3D and PDG standards.
• Coordinate with clients, PMs, and consultants to align scope and deadlines.
• Respond to agency comments with judgment and urgency.
• Proactively identify conflicts and mentor junior staff as you grow into ownership.
