Job summary

D.Lauro & Rodgers, Inc. seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support PMs on multiple projects. The role involves assisting in project administration, handling change orders, subcontract tracking, and processing RFIs, submittals, invoices, and scheduling as directed.

Based in the main office with site visits as needed, the APM supports the project team to ensure timely delivery, accurate documentation, and orderly closeouts.

Qualifications

• Assist in overall project administration.
• Process change orders and track progress.
• Prepare submittals and RFIs.
• Process invoices and payments; manage documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project administration and communication with subcontractors.
• Track subcontractor and purchase order procedures.
• Process submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Support project closeout and document management.
• Attend meetings and participate as needed.
• Assist estimating/bidding as directed.
• Schedule activities as assigned by PM/SPM.
