Job summary

MPI, a growing construction firm in the Greater Boston area, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers in planning, execution, and closeout of construction projects. You will coordinate submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contracts, work with subcontractors and field teams, and help keep projects on schedule while using Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture and 1–3 years of PM-related experience are preferred; Canton, MA

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in CM, ENG, ARCH, or related field.
  • 1–3 years in construction PM, project engineering, or related role.
  • Familiarity with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and construction documentation.
  • Experience with Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with planning, execution, and closeout of construction projects.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in construction project management, project engineering, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and construction documentation.
  • Experience with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar project management software preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to grow within a project management career path.
  • Must be able to commute to Canton, MA.
