Job Description
- Support Project Managers with the planning, execution, and closeout of construction projects.
- Coordinate and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, contracts, and project documentation.
- Work closely with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Assist with budget tracking, procurement activities, and project reporting.
- Utilize Procore and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud to manage project workflows and documentation.
- Attend project meetings and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
- Help maintain project schedules and identify solutions to potential project challenges.
- Support quality control efforts and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Participate in project turnover and closeout activities.
- Gain exposure to all aspects of project management while working on a variety of project types.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in construction project management, project engineering, or a related role.
- Familiarity with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and construction documentation.
- Experience with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar project management software preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to grow within a project management career path.
- Must be able to commute to Canton, MA.
