Job summary

MPI is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support daily project administration and coordination on a growing Boston-area portfolio. You will help manage RFIs, submittals, scheduling, budgeting, and progress reporting while coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and architects.

Procore and Bluebeam proficiency is essential for maintaining project information and documentation. The role offers exposure to ground-up and renovation projects across Greater Boston, with a clear path for

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of construction project management or Assistant Project Manager experience.
  • Experience working for a General Contractor is required.
  • Multifamily construction experience is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, and construction project documentation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with daily project administration and coordination.
  • Manage and track RFIs, submittals, project documentation, and project correspondence.
  • Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and progress reporting.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and project stakeholders.
  • Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to manage project information and documentation.
  • Help ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.

Job Description
  • Support Project Managers with daily project administration and coordination.

The Successful Applicant
  • 2+ years of construction project management or Assistant Project Manager experience.
  • Experience working for a General Contractor is required.
