Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the construction industry including contracts, material, equipment, scheduling and financial acumen.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and maintain attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up project files and coordinate information flow (specifications, plans, transmittals, purchase orders, changes).
• Draft and finalize subcontracts and change orders for review by project managers.
• Update portal system to ensure information is complete, organized and accessible.
