Job summary

BL Harbert International is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager in planning, directing, and delivering construction projects in Florida. You will help coordinate design drawings, project specifications, and contractual requirements to align with client expectations.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in construction management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, engineering, or comparable degree required.
• Prior experience at Assistant Project Manager level or above.
• Must be open to relocation.
• Knowledge of state and local permitting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Distribute, track and maintain plans and specs.
• Maintain and update the Submittal Register.
• Organize and check subcontractor Pay Apps for content and accuracy.
• Generate weekly subcontractor coordination meeting minutes.
• Coordinate subcontractor and BLHI material deliveries.
• Generate subcontractor and supplier change orders and update quantity reports weekly.
