Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience required.
• OSHA 10 Hour certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Assistant Project Manager and ensure submittal processes.
• Oversee RFI coordination and material delivery scheduling.
• Maintain job photos and progress documentation.
• Support jobsite safety enforcement and cost control reporting.
• Develop and manage project schedules and timelines.
• Communicate with design teams, vendors, and owner counterparts.
• Guide risk management and change management processes.
